By registering for and attending the Master Guide Camporee, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies help us provide a safe, welcoming, and spiritually enriching experience for all participants.
Refunds & Cancellations

Seminars, Rentals, and Activities: Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or adjust any seminar, rental, or activity reservation. Email us at info@symmetry.agency

Refund Policy:

All ticket purchases, activity sign-ups, and rental fees are 100% refundable until the event begins on August 6, 2025.

No refunds will be issued after the event has started.

We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations, but we will make every effort to rebook or accommodate changes when possible.

Waiver & Registration Requirements

Waiver Requirement: All attendees must sign a waiver prior to entering the event grounds. No exceptions.

Check-In & Ticket Presentation: A valid registration confirmation must be presented at check-in. Tickets will not be sold onsite.
Participation & Activities

Open Activities: Some activities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our staff will guide you to designated areas and ensure proper flow and safety.

Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the premises who does not comply with event rules or staff instructions. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Safety & Prohibited Items
To maintain a safe and family-friendly environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

Firearms, illegal drugs, and alcohol

Pets and animals (except certified service animals)

Coolers and glass containers in activity zonesPress releases and event recaps
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify an event organizer when you arrive.
